- Smart Apes sells across four surfaces at once — physical products, digital goods, online courses, and tutoring. The store had to carry all of them without turning into a generic multi-vertical catalog.

- Built a commerce stack with a curated catalog model, a checkout flow that accepts mixed-type orders, and Stripe as the payment layer. Inventory, orders, and digital fulfillment share one data model so operations stay on a single pipeline.

- Parents can mix a physical kit, a course seat, and a digital download in one checkout. Reporting and fulfillment stayed unified instead of splitting per product type.
