  • Build and run the backend for an omnichannel support platform — ticketing, third-party social APIs, and the services that keep conversations flowing.
  • Wire LLM-based chatbots into live conversation flows, shipping the backend that puts generative AI in front of real customers.
  • Translate chatbot workflow logic with Content and AI engineers so user intent is handled accurately end to end.
  • Built an E-Procurement system in Go, owning the API and data-processing layer.
